Happy Monday!

What a great weekend it was. I hope you all had a wonderful Easter. I saw the right show for the holiday. I was in Dexter for the latest offering from the Encore Theatre: Jesus Christ Superstar. This show is very good and the young actor who plays JC is superb. Check out my review on the theater page and then go enjoy.

Also still on stage until the middle of April is It Came from Mars. This pleasant comedy is now playing at the Williamston Theater. Don’t miss it.

I went to The Vaudeville show Friday night at Hanna Center. While it was cute, these people should not quit their day jobs. I took some photos of the fun. They are now in the news section.

Rating: 3 out of Fordyce (Very Good)

A clever play making the rounds in Michigan right now is “It Came from Mars.” This is the story of several radio actors, a German sound effects man, and a nervous, yet smart receptionist. The first act sets you up to get to know these people and their intense rivalry with Welles, which makes you enjoy Act 2 so much more.
