« Happy Monday! »

What a fun weekend!

It began with Opal’s Husband at Starlight Dinner Theater in Lansing. This show was a treat ‘cause we got to watch Jane Zussman and Winfired Olds have fun on stage once again. My review is posted on the On Stage page. This show runs again next weekend so you can enjoy it, too. But don’t wait. It is sure to sell out.

Hats off to the kids at Ruhala Performing Arts Center. I enjoyed their version of the Ingham County Spelling Bee. Young people on stage always get a perfect four out of Fordyce as they work hard to learn their craft. (Side note to Mark: I got your message and will hold you to that promise of a chair with a cushion next time!)

Alice in Wonderland remained Number 1 at the box office this weekend. I reviewed the big new movie this weekend that came in at Number 2, and I must say Green Zone was a bit of a disappointment.

Coming up this week, I will be broadcasting MI Afternoon Live on St. Patrick’s Day from the big party at Gracie’s Place in Williamston. We will be there from 3 p.m. ‘til ???? to talk to the gang there and enjoy the food and drink on the day when everyone is Irish.

Please drop by; the details are posted on this site.

I will be at Riverwalk in Lansing Thursday night for the first performance of Enchanted April, and Saturday Night I will be in Northville for opening night of Smell of the Kill at Tipping Point Theater.
