« “Greater Tuna” perfectly silly fun »
Rating:
4 out of Fordyce
It is a silly show and I love it. Now on stage at Williamston Theatre is Greater Tuna. Directed by Tony Caselli, this sketch-type comedy stars Aral Gribble and Wayne David Parker as ALL the characters. Among them are Arles Struvie, Thurston Wheelis, Aunt Pearl, Petey Fisk, Phineas Blye and Rev. Spikes, and they will all make you laugh out loud.
Gribble and Parker are amazing as they transform themselves quickly into their roles, sometime in mere moments. They dip backstage and emerge as another person.
They even portray the animals in this cute script that hinges around a small town radio station. Think WKRP meets Hee Haw and have a blast at this show that gets a perfect four out of Fordyce.
The show runs until December 19. Call 517-655-SHOW for your tickets.
